Different Detox Waters & Its' Benefits By Dietitian Krishna
Staying hydrated is very important for the human body. Water helps you produce the most important waste product that flushes out toxins which is urine.
Urinating is the natural way to remove waste from our bodies in liquid form. Your urinary system is the plumber of your body. Yes, you heard it right.
Your urinary system consists of kidneys, urinary bladder, urethra, and other muscles and nerves. And one of the toxins that it removes is Urea.
But we are not here to talk about the urinary system. We are here to discuss some ways in which this system can be used to remove toxins. And some food ingredients can help in that.
The meaning of detox water is in its name. It helps to detoxify your body. There are a variety of waters that help in a variety of problems.
As a Dietitian, I always recommend my patients drink water as much as possible. But water isn't tasty or appealing to drink. So I am always trying and experimenting with different detox waters. And my clients and I love it!
Detox water is a very important after-exercise drink. It will help you get back the water you lost while doing physical exertion. The physical fatigue and mental grogginess can be easily overcome by this water.
