I went to consult as i got overweight . At the beginning, Mam takes a detailed session wherein she understands your lifestyle, your sleep time, your medical history, family history, everything! According to the lifestyle and recall she alloted me best diet counsellor Shweta Mam she designed my diet plan as they believes in sustainable diet routine which you can follow lifelong. Also, Mam guides me to do the physical activity in such a stage wise manner that our body adapts to those exercises properly and our body doesn’t get overtired.
